Color Therapy: The Seven Colors of Life Color rays are the most fundamental building blocks of all living things. The earth, the oceans, in fact every living thing depends on light for its very existence. We live in a sea of energy and our bodies are composed of energy. Color works through and in us, in every nerve, cell, gland, and muscle. Each color has a different wavelength of light or frequency. It radiates to us in waves traveling through the air from the sun in a spectrum of red, yellow, green, blue, orange, purple and
indigo/white wavelengths.

Color is an active power, exerting a tremendous influence on our
consciousness, soul and spirit, in this rainbow of seven colors. Just as visible light is comprised of these seven colors, so is the life force - the force that enlivens, sustains, and nourishes everything that lives. We human beings are manifestations of this vital force. Thus, at the deepest level we too are made up of spectrums of these seven color rays.
Each color ray has a specific purpose, all seven color rays are
essential for life. Being continually supplied with and nourished by a proper balance of color rays is essential to every aspect of health. In an optimally healthy person, all seven colors are present and in
balance. Any deviation from that balance moves a person away from ideal health and an optimal expression of life - and will ultimately lead to disease and disharmony.
Music Therapy: Healing The Body With Music
Music has always been a great healer. In the Bible, we learn about how David played the harp to help ease his severe depression of King Saul. Music is a significant mood-changer and reliever of stress, working on many levels at once.
Music therapy has been used as a therapeutic tool in treating a wide variety of conditions involving chronic pain, depression and anxiety. It has been successful in helping people suffering from
alzheimer's & parkinson’s disease, dementia, substance addiction and strokes. Music therapy has been particularly effective in encouraging responsiveness in autistic children. The soothing effects of music therapy is used to help the emotional distress often felt by people undergoing cancer
treatments. Sound is an energy which can affect us in a positive way as much as in a negative way. The best example is the cinema that creates, through music, an environment and
atmosphere that make us feel strong emotions like fear, distress, sadness, happiness and joy.
Our Chakras, or energy points resonate to sound, and when music/sound in different pitches is played, our bodies absorb the musical energies which in turn starts to bring about a balance within ourselves, a stabilization of our energy system, allows us to respond to the frequency and helps to calm our body down, bring it into a more relaxed and less stressful state.
The Chakras
The seven chakras are thought to reflect the unified consciousness of man. It is said human
energy is divided to manage different aspects of earthly life: body; instinct; vital energy; deeper
emotions; communications; an overview of life; and contact to God. They are aligned in an ascending column from the base of the spine to the top of the head.
Each chakra is associated with a certain color, a musical tone, multiple specific body functions, an aspect of consciousness, and a classical element. Moving up the scale, the elements become
subtle, from earth, water, fire, air, ether, and inner sound to inner light.
How does The Harmonial Therapy Program integrate all this?
Harmonial Therapy “re tunes” the entire body by combining color & music therapy with state of the art biofeedback that links the seven musical notes, the seven color frequencies and the seven chakras in calibrations like a matrix of color, sound, elements and patterns. Specific color/sound frequency formulations are used in a treatment series to launch the body into a symphony of healthy vibrations. Visualize holding two tuning forks of the same note close to one another. Strike one and the other will sound, as well, activated by invisible waves.
Drawing from an ocean of colors, music and tranquil imagery, Harmonial creates waves of serenity that flow from a screen into our bodies and dissolves the blocks of stress. Harmonial creates a “consistent, orderly and pleasing arrangement of parts: Our body, mind, emotions and spirit.
